Cycling has kept me sane throughout difficult times. In July 2025 I suffered a mental health breakdown. I'm not ready to share all the details with the world yet but please just know, I survived. My life has changed and with the love of family and friends I feel stronger than ever before. Returning to cycling is a big part of that. I cycle for fitness, fun friendship and because it's good for my soul!
